Civil and construction of 129 lot subdivision which included landscaping works.
Significant Achievements
- Project completed on time and budget while working under very strict environmental constraints with absolute compliance with QA conditions.
- Preservation of existing vegetation on site was one of the client’s major priorities. As a result we established a detailed methodology for tree clearing works.
- We implemented modified construction techniques for working beneath and around trees
