- Included demolition, roadworks, remediation of asbestos contamination, drainage, water, sewer, electrical and telecommunications reticulation.
- Also required reconstruction of existing Council streets on the projects frontage.
Significant Achievements
Overcoming significant geotechnical problems due to weak saturated clay subgrades, including input to the pavement design review process.
