Project Details

Scope of Work

To reconstruct approximately 1.8km of McDonalds Road including the installation of new drainage lines and SO disk drain.
Three loc-a-bloc retaining walls constructed to fit the new road corridor between the existing property boundary lines.

Significant Achievements

Maintain traffic flow through the site for the majority of construction. Road only closed during the construction of the two retaining walls adjacent to Bimbadgen Estate
Liaison with the local winemaking community to minimise the impact on the harvesting and transportation of grapes
Liaison with The Vintage and Bimbadgen Estate to minimise the impact on scheduled events such as the “Day on the Green”
