Subdivision street - scape including :- full verge Turfing, street trees, hardwood tree guards, mass planting splay gardens, Internal boundary gardens, mass planted roundabout, timber edging to all gardens. Source and supply all mature plant stock.

- All Holroyd City Councils progress inspection (garden bed prep, Tree holes) had no rectifications orders
