Scope of Work
- Removed the corroded clips and replace with the newly procured galvanised e-clips prior to rerailing works including new nylon sleeper pads.
- Clean up and removal of coal spill shall from the stacker tracks
Significant Achievements
- Works completed on time and budget working with Anglo Coal Draytons to minimise down time to the Stackers
- Zero LTI, FAI or MTI’s on the project
- Working in and around a live stacker during coal clean up and prep works.
- Identifying cost and scope reductions to Anglo Coal Draytons resulting in cost savings being given back to Anglo.
