Scope of Work
- Bulk Earthworks which included 90,000m3 Cut to Fill, majority being sandstone
- Construction of infrastructure which included, sewer, water, electrical, stormwater, Telstra and gas
- Flexible pavement construction approx. 2km Roads
- Construction of a seawall on the north and east perimeter
- Installation of retention tanks and GPT’s used for irrigation
- Management of stormwater runoff including treatment and disposal of overfilled basin’s
Significant Achievements
- The site is surrounded by the Parramatta River, which required all works to be completed with protection of run off and pollution, which was successful
- Completing the project within the time constraints required by the client
- Successful construction management of remediated areas along the foreshore
- Recognition from the client for our efforts by awarding more work on the project
