Scope of Work
- Staged construction of 63 residential lots, over 3 stages from January 2009 to December 2010.
Significant Achievements
- Reconstruction / widening of 250m of Aberglasslyn Road.
- Demolition of existing farm house, including asbestos removal and certification.
- Construction of stormwater detention system, including 1200Ø detention pipework working with 1050 Ø detention pipes on the opposite kerb alignment.
- Filling of alluvial gully, including over excavation of silty soils for mixing into ripped rock material and reusing as onsite fill. Considerable savings were made in offsite disposal costs.
- Landscaping, including large acoustic mound completed by Daracon Landscaping.
