Project Manager: Project Managers at Daracon Group enjoy working on major local infrastructure projects, leading great teams of people and exposure to all parts of the organisation is encouraged. It’s a great springboard into senior and executive roels or across into other divisions.

Engineer:  Engineers at Daracon play a key role in leading, planning, organising and controlling the technical aspects of our projects. Engineers gain experience on small and large scale projects accorss a range of locations. Many of our Engineers have gone on to take up Senior Project Manager roles.

Student Engineers: Our student engineers combine theoretical studies with hands on experience to practical engineering projects and challenges. Students are supported through their studies and gain invaluable experience to fast track their career post graduation.

Accountants: Starting as trainees / students, many of our accountants have been supported through university studies abd their CPA. Accounts are given exposure to the financial complexities of a multi site organisation operating as a group of companies.

Apprentice Mechanics: Our apprentices work with highly skilled tradesmen and are taught all aspects of their trade on a variety of plant and equipment.

Plant Operator: Enjoy working on a variety of projects and locations and may be multi-skilled operating a range of palnt including excavators, dozers, scrapers, graders, backhoes and front end loaders. Opportunities exist for those displaying outstanding skills to progress to supervisor and superintendent roles.

Labourer: Completing the physical outdoor tasks required for our projects, hard work and training leads to opportunities for career development and progression to leading hand and supervisor positions.

Administration: Our professionalism also extends to our administrative support teams in all locations, with specialised areas such as Site Administration, Accounts and Human Resources.
