Each year, Daracon takes on a number of engineering students in their third year to develop into project engineers and in many cases project managers. The process is a flexible one, and with our head office only five minutes away from the university campus, students have the ability to work regular hours with time off for classes, exams and study time.

The flexible approach to hours has resulted in many success stories, with some of our graduates from the program continuing in project management roles with the Company, some travelling domestically and internationally fulfilling personal and career aspirations.

The semi-structured program ensures that students receive regular training and development designed to increase relevant knowledge and skills that compliment their formal university program. The varying level of supervision throughout the program guarantees that our students are provided with an autonomous work environment while only taking on additional responsibilities once they are prepared. At all times throughout your career, you will receive high levels of support appropriate to your position and responsibilities.
